One · It collects
In a billing app? In an Excel sheet your accountant sends? In a bundle of bills on a spike under the counter? Or honestly, nowhere at all, just in your head?
Any of those. All of them at once. None of them. It does not matter.
Your counter already knows almost everything. AskPradhan just picks it up.
Tap whichever one sounds like you.
Good. Export whatever report it already gives you and attach the file. You do not change your software and you do not learn anything new. AskPradhan sits on top of what you have and reads it.
Then just photograph them. Printed or handwritten. Creased, faded, oil-stained, in English, Hindi, Bengali or Nepali.
It shows you what it read before it saves anything. If it got a number wrong, you fix it there and then.
That is fine, and you are not the only one. Start tomorrow with nothing at all - photograph the bills as they come in.
In two or three weeks it will know your kitchen better than anyone has ever written down.
If you can send a photo on WhatsApp, you can do all of this.
Two · It watches
You cannot stand at the counter and watch the sky, the road, the market and your own stock all at once. Nobody can. So it does that part.
Rain on the ridge tonight. The road tomorrow. Your vegetables the day after.
Open any one.
Tonight and tomorrow. Rain changes what people order, and whether they come out of the house at all.
Heavy rain in the hills means landslides. A blocked road means your vegetables are sitting in a truck somewhere along the Teesta instead of in your kitchen.
You hear about it the night before, not at eleven in the morning when the delivery has not come.
What things are going for, where, and which way the price has been moving this week.
What you paid. Last week, last month, this time last year.
The moment a supplier's rate quietly creeps up, it notices - even when you did not, because you were busy.
What is left, and how many days that actually lasts - worked out from what you really used, not from a guess.
Published weather forecasts and news, and your own bills. Nothing else. AskPradhan is not predicting the future and it is not guessing - it reads what is already public and works out what it means for you, earlier than you would have noticed. If the forecast is wrong, the warning is wrong too - so it always shows you what it read.
Three · It warns you
Not a report. Not a chart with twelve colours. A knock on the shoulder, with the number and the reason behind it.
Six in the morning, tea in hand. Three things to decide, already worked out.
This is an example
These numbers are made up, to show you the shape of it. Your screen will only ever show figures worked out from your own bills and your own sales.
Every one of them tells you why it appeared. Tap it and you see the actual bills it came from.
And the part that never changes
You are the boss.
It advises. It never buys, never pays, never orders and never commits you to anything.
Nothing happens until you say yes.
One thing first
None of that works until it knows what you sell and what you buy. So there is a short setup: your business, your items, your suppliers.
You do it once. After that it simply runs, every day, without being asked.
AskPradhan never takes a payment, never holds your money, and never pays a supplier on your behalf.
It tells you what to buy and what it should cost. You pay, yourself, in your own app, exactly as you do today.
We never ask for a UPI PIN, a card number or a bank password. If any screen ever asks you for one, it is not us - report it with the button below.
Good
You choose your own password and pick a security question. Nobody sends you a password, and nobody else ever knows it.
You are looking at the first version of the welcome screens. The account step, and the setup questions after it, come next.
No problem
Nothing has been saved and nothing has been sent. Open AskPradhan whenever it suits you and start from here.
